Inpatient Mental Health & Substance Use Treatment

Our adult inpatient treatment programs provide a support team who works with you to create a personalized care plan that meets your needs. Inpatient treatment at Rainier Springs is designed to provide intensive, highly-structured treatment for adults, ages 18 and older with psychiatric, addictive, and co-occurring disorders. In addition to the group therapy model, you may participate in individual or family therapy as needed, as well as holistic activities like relaxation and mindfulness, yoga, art, and music. Our treatment programs also cater to those struggling with substance use issues or co-occurring disorders providing around-the-clock medical care through a medically supervised detox programs and inpatient rehab services.

Outpatient Mental Health & Substance UseTreatment

At Rainier Springs' our outpatient mental health treatment programs offer several pathways to help build healthy coping skills and achieve a higher quality of life. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) includes therapeutic and recovery-focused treatment in a day or evening format, typically lasting two to four weeks at five to six days a week. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) meets three to five days a week for a minimum of 9 hours per week offering group and family therapy, skill development, and long-term recovery planning.
